This is a fun management simulator and idle game. I've been playing since the first version and the challenges and custodians add a level of replayability that keeps me coming back. Unlike a lot of other idle games, you aren't glued to the phone to come back at a certain time, and your not punished or overly rewarded for time away. You can play the game and make real progress in 5m, and if it takes you a few days to come back to the game, it's ok: nothing's broken and you haven't lost ground.

Game Description
Paragon Pioneers 2 is an idle city-building strategy game about growing a settlement one careful decision at a time. Start with a small outpost, place buildings where they will be useful, and connect production so that workers, materials, and money keep moving. Each completed task feeds the next part of the town: collect income, unlock a new district, choose which upgrades matter first, then return later to see how your planning has paid off.
The core loop is relaxed but tactical. Balance space, resources, and the order of your upgrades while expanding from a simple village into a busy realm. Short sessions are enough to collect rewards and make the next construction choice, while longer sessions let you refine routes, experiment with layouts, and push toward more ambitious milestones.

The game has easy controls. You just tap on things. No sliding your finger. No tap, tap, tapping. It's the equivalent of point and click on av computer. The graphics are great. They seem simply but are very detailed. It is also easy to understand the gameplay and has just the right amount of challenge. My only wish is for a sandbox mode. If that can be done this would be a five star game.
Easily the best resource management game for the phone, a lot like Anno. It is fully paid upfront, so it doesn't try to game you with spending money to advance. It is an idler game, though, which is perfect for the phone experience. There are times when you have done all you feasibly can, and you just need to wait a bit for events to transpire. That's part of the optimization fun. No temptation to pay money to speed things up, which allows the developers to keep the game balanced.
